We have an exciting opportunity for an Income Manager to join our Housing Management Department. Reporting to the Assistant Director, the Income Manager will have direct responsibility for Income Collection/Recovery and Money Management Advice. They will also be responsible for IT/System Development, leaseholder queries and complaints for the department.
We are looking for someone with experience in the social housing sector with a track record of leading frontline services. You will have excellent project management and organisation skills, with the drive and ability to solve problems. To do this you will need to be a strong communicator, both internally and externally. You will be able to provide clear direction to your team and work with other departments and agencies to ensure our tenants are able to live in safe and good quality homes.
