We are looking for a qualified Joiner to join our team on a 7-month fixed-term contract until 31 May 2027.
You will undertake repairs and maintenance work to both occupied and empty properties, working within a multi-skilled environment to deliver high-quality repairs and excellent customer service.
You will need to demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as you will regularly work within customers' homes and be committed to providing a professional, courteous service while completing repair and maintenance works.
You will possess a City & Guilds NVQ Level 2 in Joinery, or equivalent trade qualification, together with experience and knowledge of building repairs, maintenance and construction. A friendly and positive approach, experience of dealing with members of the public, and a full valid driving licence are essential.
Contractual hours: 37
Package:
Up to 43 days per year including bank holidays (pro rata for part time/condensed working)
