Ashfield District Council have a great opportunity for a Housing Surveyor to join our team based in Kirkby in Ashfield. You will join us on a full time, permanent basis, and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of Β£31,067 - Β£33,366 per annum (pay award pending).
We are looking for an enthusiastic and forward-thinking team player to work in a busy and diverse repairs section.
Key responsibilities of our Housing Surveyor:- You will be required to carry out technical inspections, assessments and surveys of the housing stock, property and land, including permission requests, recharges and joint visits with our Tenancy section.
- The successful applicant will have previous experience of repair diagnosis in domestic properties.
