We’re looking for a proactive and experienced Multiskilled Housing Repair Technician to join our damp, mould & disrepair team. You’ll play a vital role in delivering high‑quality repairs and maintenance services to our housing stock, ensuring homes are safe, secure, and well‑maintained for our residents.
The ideal candidate will be able to:
- Carry out a wide range of repairs and maintenance tasks across multiple trades (e.g. carpentry, plumbing, plastering, tiling, decorating).
- Diagnose faults and complete repairs efficiently, ensuring minimal disruption to residents.
- Work independently or as part of a team to complete jobs to a high standard.
