Mansfield District Council is seeking a talented and enthusiastic Development Officer with a specialism in digital arts to support its ambitions for Mansfield Museum and Palace Theatre as work is developed in our communities. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping and developing audiences with the Cultural Services Team as part of our National Portfolio Organisation (NPO) programme, funded by Arts Council England.

This post would suit someone with a digital background, possibly an arts practitioner or officer working in an environment of media or arts audience development. The post is about building participation in arts, libraries, museums or theatres with a digital emphasis.

As Development Officer, working closely with colleagues in the Development, Learning and Museum teams, you will develop and deliver on engagement initiatives and projects, ensuring inclusivity and access for all. You will use data intelligence and insights to inform targeted strategies and develop engagement.
