Ashfield District Council have an exciting opportunity for a Vehicle Technician to join the team based in Sutton in Ashfield - Northern Depot. You will join us on a full time, permanent basis (37 hours per week) and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of £32,061 - £34,434 per annum with an additional £4,500 Market Supplement and allowances.
If it breaks, can you fix it? We now have an opportunity for someone who is highly motivated, enthusiastic, and excited about keeping our wheels on the road. As a qualified Level 3 HGV vehicle technician, with MOT testing qualifications, you will play a critical role in helping to maintain our large and varied fleet of vehicles & plant equipment ranging from 32t refuse collection vehicles to ride on mowers.

Please note this role includes a £4,500 market supplement as well as an additional shift payment; the market supplement is reviewed annually.
