Ashfell Limited is seeking an experienced UAS Autonomy and Swarm Engineer to own the control and navigation of a drone swarm. You will design, validate and deploy algorithms that let the swarm share tasks, make coordinated decisions and stay safe when links are lost, bridging research to real flight.
The role is hands-on and fast-paced, working with software, hardware and flight-test engineers to move from simulation to live drones, ensuring reliability in real-world conditions.
