We are seeking a skilled Deli Manager to join our team in overseeing the daily operations of our store. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food preparation and customer service.

You must be able to:

  • Oversee food preparation, ensuring high standards of quality and adherence to food safety regulations
  • Coordinate with suppliers to maintain adequate stock levels and quality ingredients
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in food preparation, food safety and customer service within a similar environment
  • Strong knowledge of deli operations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards

Successful applicant must be able to work on their own initiative as this is a single person store. This role will involve shifts between Mon to Fri from 7.30am to roughly 3.30pm (with the occasional Sat in other stores). The job also comes with staff tips and an achievable weekly bonus structure.
