This client has quickly established a reputation for first class service, innovative ideas and a willingness to work alongside other firms of advisers to ensure that clientsβ needs and expectations are met. They are looking for a dynamic Senior Pensions Administrator who will be responsible for all aspects of the day to day administration of a number of DB pension schemes.
You will be involved in the manual calculation and payment of benefits, production of reports, efficient handling of correspondence, e-mail and telephone enquiries from scheme members and third party institutions, assisting with scheme renewal queries and issuing of benefit statements as required. Also you will be performing calculations and communication of pension increases and undertaking general checking and peer review responsibilities for less experienced team members.
To be successful for this position, the right Pensions Administrator will need to have a proven knowledge of DB pension arrangements, awareness of service standards and statutory disclosure requirements, experience of using Profund oPen administration platform and have the ability to work as part of a team.
To be considered for this role you must have at least 2 years recent experience in occupational pension schemes, gained preferably from a consulting/TPA background and DPC/QPA/RPC would preferable but not essential.
