A highly successful manufacturing organisation is looking for a proven B2B Emailed Marketing Executive, playing a vital part in developing and executing impactful email marketing and social media campaigns.
This role is based in the Reading area, Berkshire with hybrid working arrangements (2 days per week in the office).
The successful candidate will work closely with a dynamic digital marketing team, including copywriters and designers, managing high-quality content across multiple platforms to engage an international audience of technical professionals.
- Build, segment, and schedule global email campaigns using Pardot/Salesforce Marketing Cloud and social media management tools.
- Collaborate with product specialists, copywriters, and designers to optimise campaign assets for maximum engagement.
- Create humanised, conversational content by suggesting compelling subject lines, calls-to-action, and messaging hooks.
- Ensure all campaign outputs are polished, brand-compliant, and error-free before final sign-off.
- Plan and execute A/B tests on designs, formats, and messaging; analyse results to inform future campaigns.
- Pull and interpret engagement data to assess campaign performance and identify areas for optimisation.
- Support the technical development of automated email workflows and social media scheduling to improve efficiency and outreach.
- Support the project to organisation's transition to Salesforce Marketing Cloud (latest marketing automation).
- In order to be suitable for this role you must have the following background / skills:
- Minimum of two years experience in B2B email marketing.
- Proficient in building B2B email marketing campaigns, using platforms such as Pardot, Mailchimp, or similar
- Strong copy editing / proof reading skills
- Detailed-oriented, with a keen eye for accuracy and quality control.
- Proactive, with a demonstrated ability to suggest process improvements and interpret engagement metrics.
