This is an excellent opportunity for an IT Support Analyst to join a well-established MSP in the Gloucester / Stroud area. This role pays up to £40,000 and is full-time office-based (5 days a week).
To be considered for this position, you will have previous experience providing BAU remote service desk support to users across the standard Microsoft stack. The ideal candidate will have skills & experience in the following areas:
- Windows 10 & 11
- Microsoft 365 Admin Center
- Active Directory & Azure AD / Entra ID
- Office 365 (inc. Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive & SharePoint)
- ITSM tools for ticketing & remote access
- Understanding of networks (VPNs, switches, routers & firewalls)
- Building & setting up PCs, laptops, printers & wifi
- Full UK driving licence (occasional customer site visits)
Working in a team of 8 IT Service Desk Engineers, you will provide 1st & 2nd line remote (and occasional onsite) support as well as help the Senior Engineers with 3rd line issues & projects.
