A rapidly growing business based in the London office is seeking a commercially focused and highly motivated Finance Business Partner / Part-Qualified Accountant. This is a pivotal role supporting the Head of FP&A, with delivering high-quality financial planning, analysis, and commercial insight while contributing to the hands-on day-to-day finance function.
Duties will include:
- Acting as the finance point of contact for designated business areas / clients and building strong relationships with budget holders and operational leaders.
- Supporting the annual budget, rolling forecast, and long-range planning processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Developing robust financial models, including scenario and sensitivity analysis.
- Delivering monthly management reporting, including variance analysis vs budget and forecast.
- Providing clear insight into revenue, margin, and cost drivers to support decision-making.
- Supporting pricing, margin improvement, and cost control initiatives.
- Translating financial data into concise, actionable insights for senior leadership.
- Supporting cash flow forecasting and broader financial planning activities.
- Contributing to month-end processes and assisting with transactions.
