An award-winning technology business operating within the healthcare and public sector market is looking for an Account Manager to join the team on a full-time, permanent basis. Please note - this role offers hybrid working, two days per week will be based at their Birmingham office.

As the Account Manager you will manage a portfolio of accounts with the goal of increasing revenue retention and growth, identifying any opportunities for expansion and building long-term partnerships.

Your key responsibilities as Account Manager will include:

  • Managing and developing a portfolio of existing customer accounts.
  • Developing and maintaining account plans, pipelines and customer engagement strategies.
  • Identifying opportunities for upselling, cross-selling and account growth.
  • Managing contract renewals and retention initiatives.
