Our kitchen team is expanding and we have a fantastic opportunity to join our award winning, friendly brigade as a Casual Chef. The team work hard to develop chefs at every level and this is an exciting time to be part of new culinary offerings at the hotel.

Key Skills

  • Relevant experience in a high quality kitchen.
  • A good understanding of HACCP procedures and implementation, preferable.

Key Responsibilities

  • To ensure the correct preparation, cooking and presentation of food to the highest standards in conjunction with the section head.
  • To ensure that efficient and smooth service is always maintained through forward planning.
  • To ensure good working relationships with colleagues and other departments.
