A large UK Business is currently looking for an individual who can drive forward data quality, automation and AI technology within their HR shared services team. This is a fantastic new role for someone that has a genuine interest in data and HR systems to support transformation across the business.
Duties will include:
- Improving data quality across Workday HRIS
- Optimising HR processes
- Supporting systems team with HRIS bugs
- Working to automate manual HR processes
- Developing AI technology within the HR function
