Ashdown Group is seeking an accomplished HR Director to join its Senior Leadership Team. This pivotal role, based in the United Kingdom, involves crafting and executing the people strategy while leading a team of 7. You will ensure a high-performance culture by providing strategic employee engagement, talent development, and performance management.
