A well-established business is looking for an accomplished HR Director to join its Senior Leadership Team. Please note, this role is fully office based and will involve regular travel to sites across south Wales (circa 2 days per week). Reporting directly to the CEO, the HR Director will have full responsibility for developing and implementing the people strategy and vision of the organisation.
Providing measured advice, guidance, and inspirational leadership, aimed at further embedding a high-performance culture built on inclusivity, engagement, collaboration and continuous improvement, the successful HR professional will be a key enabler of organisational growth and innovation.
In order to be suitable for this role of significant responsibility, you must be a commercially astute and highly driven HR leader with a proven track record of working at board level. Previous experience in the social care and/or health sectors would be advantageous to your application but is not essential. CIPD level 7 accreditation is also preferred.
