An award-winning and established firm is looking for a proven Training Executive / Trainer to manage the training function for over 100 staff. This is an office-based role located in the Eastbourne / Hastings area, East Sussex (commutable from parts of West Sussex and Kent). The successful candidate will own and manage the full training programme for compliance, firm processes, CIPD and general IT systems. Duties will include: reviewing and assessing training needs for each department delivering training sessions, including seminars / lunch & learns, one to one sessions, & how to videos working with fee-earners to ensure they have an appropriate development plan, complementary training plan and record reviewing annual appraisals to identify training needs booking and co-ordinating external training supporting inductions supporting Managers / Leads with training maintaining personal records This would suit a proven training professional with experience in a law / solicitors firm, and a knowledge of key legal practices / processes. It is essential to be IT literate with an understanding of various industry packages (Bighand, DocuSign, Practice Management Solutions and MS Office). A proactive approach, with strong administration & organisational skills is also required. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing professional services firm in a key role.
