We have a temporary opportunity for an experienced Finance Administrator to join the accounting team of a specialist Construction company on a part time basis. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong numerical skills and a keen eye for detail to support the team during a particularly busy period. The role is part time (up to 28 hours per week) and based at the company’s offices near Grays in Essex.
Working within the Accounts team, you will be responsible for:
- Processing proof of delivery documentation, ensuring accurate matching against purchase orders.
- Inputting proof of supplier delivery details onto the accounting system.
- Matching delivery documentation against purchase orders.
- Investigating and resolving any discrepancies between deliveries and orders.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
- Liaising with suppliers and internal teams to resolve queries.
- Providing general administrative support to the wider accounts team.

- Previous experience within a similar finance-based role.
- Fast and accurate numeric data entry skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
