The Ashdown Group are partnering with a fast-growing Managed Services Provider (MSP) specialising in cybersecurity, data storage, and IT infrastructure solutions, to find a driven and experienced Technology Sales Manager to lead their sales team and manage a key client portfolio.
About the Client:
Our client is a respected name in the MSP space, known for delivering robust and secure technology solutions to mid-market and enterprise customers. With a growing portfolio of clients across multiple sectors, they are now seeking a hands-on sales leader who can drive team performance while also managing and growing client relationships.
The Role:
As Technology Sales Manager, you will:
Dvelop a portfolio of B2B clients, maintaining and growing long-term relationships
Drive sales of security, backup & recovery, and data storage solutions
Lead, coach, and motivate a small team of IT sales professionals (3–5 people)
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful solution delivery and customer satisfaction
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing and prospective accounts
Provide regular sales forecasting and performance reporting to senior leadership
What We’re Looking For:
A proven track record in IT sales leadership within an MSP or similar technology services business
Strong knowledge of cybersecurity, data protection, cloud storage, and IT infrastructure
Experience managing a small but effective sales team
Skilled in both new business development and account management
Confident communicator with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
