Overview
A global technology business is seeking an accomplished Talent Acquisition Manager to join its team based in Central London on an initial 6 month fixed-term contract. As an organisation that embraces flexibility you will have the opportunity to work from home 2 days per week.
Responsibilities
- Devise and implement an effective talent acquisition strategy in collaboration with the HR Director in this standalone recruitment role.
- Deliver a seamless end-to-end recruitment process: gather requirements with hiring managers, develop job specifications, benchmark salaries, coordinate interviews, and proactively source candidates.
- Manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Forge strong relationships with recruitment agencies and ensure candidates are updated throughout the recruitment process.
Qualifications
- Personable and capable Talent Acquisition Manager or Talent/Recruitment Partner with proven experience recruiting for technology roles.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills with the ability to liaise effectively with senior managers.
- Personable, highly organised and demonstrable expertise working with ATS systems.
