As the Residential Property Conveyancing Solicitor, you will manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion, providing exceptional client care at every stage of the transaction. Your work will include:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Transfers of equity
- Remortgages
- New-build transactions
- Lease extensions and related property matters
- Maintaining strong client relationships and providing clear, practical advice
