The Ashdown Group have been engaged by a global organisation to assist them in their search for a Strategic People Business Partner, who will be responsible for supporting the business across EMEA regions.

This established company is looking to recruit an experienced Strategic People Business Partner working with a wider people team. They offer a hybrid working pattern, up to 2 days in their London offices and 3 days working remotely.

This role will require you to be CIPD qualified and have experience working as a People Business Partner within a global commercial organisation, delivering both strategic and operational support.

This role will allow you to work at a strategic level with the business to develop and implement People and Culture strategies.

  • Deliver commercial people solutions, such as workforce planning, organisational design, change management, employee development and DEI.
  • Provide strategic people and culture advice across complex ER cases.
  • Lead and participate across local and global People and culture projects.
  • Utilise data insights to inform strategic decision making.

You will have significant working experience as a commercial People Business Partner in a global organisation.

A strong generalist background covering all aspects of ER, Resourcing, performance management, restructuring, mergers and acquisition and DEI.

You will have a strong analytical background with experience translating data insights into actionable strategies.

You will ideally be degree qualified with a CIPD certification, although candidates with relevant experience but without a degree will be considered.

The salary for this position is between £65,000 - £69,000 with excellent benefits.
