A market-leading business is seeking a personable and forward-thinking IT Manager to join its team based in Stoke-on-Trent. Please note, this role is hybrid – you’ll be in the office 3 days per week with 2 days from home.

You will manage a small team and devise and implement the IT strategy, delivering a robust, efficient, and secure technology environment that harnesses the latest technology to enhance business performance. Key focus areas will include ERP systems, digital transformation, data analytics, IT support and ensuring cyber-resilience and security across all platforms.

In order to be suitable for this role of significant responsibility you must be a proven technology leader with a collaborative style and great communication skills. It is expected that you will be the subject matter expert for the ERP system so previous experience supporting and managing business applications is a prerequisite.
