Our client, a fast-scaling sports brand, undergoing significant digital transformation, are seeking a highly capable Site Migration Specialist to own and lead their e-commerce and business systems transformation. This is a far-reaching and delivery-focused role with several key projects including a migration from their existing ecommerce platform to Shopify.

The role is based at the company’s offices in West London 4 days a week with one day a week work from home. As the Site Migration Specialist, you will be joining at a pivotal time for the company as they move into Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) channels and update their entire technology ecosystem including e-commerce, ERP, stock management, and enterprise integrations.

This is a hands-on technical role and the candidate will be comfortable in also managing the company’s technical stack, supporting approx 25 hybrid/remote users and dealing with IT vendors and technology partners.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Solid experience in IT, digital operations, or systems management roles within an SME.
  • Hands-on experience of managing a migration to Shopify and other e-commerce platforms.
  • Strong understanding of system integrations, data flows, and cross-platform connectivity.
  • Proven involvement in e-commerce re-platforming initiatives, either leading or supporting implementation.
  • Experience contributing to ERP and inventory/stock management system implementations.
