A highly successful and rapidly growing business based in Birmingham is looking for a Senior Marketing Executive who is ready to step into a Marketing Manager position. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing business, in a key role where you can really add value and in an environment where they will support your ongoing development and career progression.
This role would suit an experienced Senior Marketing Executive with B2B marketing experience within the healthcare or social care sectors. This role would also suit candidates with marketing experience in the charity or not-for-profit sectors. Please note, this role offers hybrid working.
As the Marketing Manager, you will be helping to build the business’s brand and acquire new customers across key markets. You will manage a small team of two to deliver the marketing strategy, developing and delivering marketing campaigns for both digital and offline channels to drive the acquisition of new customers. You will be responsible for marketing to internal teams, clients, and the business’s network.
Your key responsibilities as Marketing Manager will include developing marketing content such as white papers, case studies, and brochures to support public sector engagement activity. You will work closely with sales and account management teams to understand growth objectives and develop lead generation marketing activities. You will also work closely with the Digital Marketing Executive to develop content marketing strategies and engaging online content. You’ll be creating campaigns with HubSpot, developing lead generation and nurturing tactics through marketing automation, managing social media channels, creating and promoting video content, and acting as brand guardian – ensuring brand guidelines are followed. You will also create strategic partnerships through marketing activities to build brand awareness, develop exhibition and events strategy, and attend onsite events where required.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of B2B marketing experience gained in a similar role within an SME and have experience across the full marketing mix. You will have experience using HubSpot, Canva, and Monday. A degree in Marketing or a CIM or similar marketing qualification is desirable. You will be naturally curious, a team player, and a self-starter.
The salary on offer is £40,000 – £45,000 per annum plus hybrid working and a benefits package which includes 24 days annual leave (which increases with service) plus bank holidays and an additional day off for your birthday, health insurance, free gym memberships, cinema tickets, employee recognition programmes, and social events – to name a few.
