An IT Consultancy based in South-East London is seeking an experienced 2nd Line Support Senior IT Engineer to provide 1st, 2nd and some 3rd line/Systems Management level support on client sites, based predominantly in South-East and Central London.
In this role you’ll typically work on client sites 3 days a week and from home 2 days a week, but depending on the requirements of the client there is need for flexibility on this. You’ll generally have full autonomy to plan your own schedule and what days you work from home dependent on clients’ needs, whilst supporting Senior Engineers on their clients.
Working with the existing IT team, you’ll respond to requests sent from the client to the company’s helpdesk. You’ll go to the client site and ensure that all incidents are resolved in a timely manner and support Senior Engineers on client accounts.
You’ll be able to help with managing tech projects, suggesting upgrades and technology optimisations to Senior Management and implement technical solutions when required.
The role is paying £40,000-£50,000 plus good benefits. The company pays good bonuses and performs annual salary reviews.
