We are seeking an experienced and proactive Senior HR Advisor to join a purpose-driven not-for-profit organisation based in North London. Working as one of two Senior HR Advisors within the People Culture team, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality HR support, partnering with managers and leaders across the organisation to drive excellent people practices and enhance the employee experience.
This is a varied and rewarding generalist HR role, combining operational delivery, employee relations, recruitment, policy development, data analysis and strategic project work. You'll have the opportunity to influence organisational culture, champion diversity and inclusion initiatives, and contribute to the ongoing development of a modern, people-focused HR function.
