A highly successful firm based in Uxbridge is looking for an accomplished Executive Assistant to join its team.
Please note this role is based in the office 4 days per week, with Fridays from home.
In this interesting and varied role, you will provide proactive support to multiple Directors.
You will be involved with everything from diary management to organising events and will be recognised for your discretion and professionalism.
You will provide a comprehensive range of administrative duties from email correspondence and coordinating travel arrangements to writing minutes for board meetings and preparing Power Point presentations.
You will also liaise with key stakeholders on behalf of the executive team and review contracts.
It is essential that you have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, a keen eye for detail and meticulous approach, coupled with demonstrable expertise across the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point).
You’ll have a strong sense of duty of care for people’s wellbeing across the organisation and will be a person of the utmost integrity.
