  • Salary up to £45,000 plus bonus, pension, healthcare, 30 days annual leave

A successful and growing business based in Southend is looking for a Junior HR Business Partner to join its growing team.

Reporting into the HR Manager, the role will be responsible for

  • Strategic oversight and operational HR at Southend office
  • Employee relations
  • HR metrics - providing data insight and analysis for impactful decision making
  • Preparing reports and presenting to senior stakeholders
  • Advising and guiding management
  • Identifying skills gaps and training needs
  • HR admin as required
  • To be considered suitable you will need to have the following skills and experience
  • Proven experience in either an HRBP, HR Advisor or ER Advisor role
  • Previous experience of guiding and advising senior managment
  • Solid understanding of employment law
  • Good understanding of using and applying HR metrics and using data
