We're looking for a Rewards Specialist, with exceptional benchmarking and analytical skills, to join a global Education Group on a contract basis. This is a pivotal and multi-faceted role leading on the organisations pay and benefit benchmarking and compliance, in line with the EU Pay Transparency directive and supporting the Head of Reward with day to day duties.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead on the design and implementation of robust pay bands across the organisation in line with the EU Pay Transparency directive.
  • Manage pay and benefit benchmarking to ensure compliance and competitiveness.
  • Develop clear, practical pay policies and guidance that stand up to scrutiny.
  • Own the annual pay award process end-to-end, partnering directly with business leaders.
  • Evaluate roles, recommend compensation levels, and balance internal equity with external market data.
  • Drive survey participation, crunch the numbers, and translate insights into action.
  • Advise HR colleagues and managers on the full spectrum of compensation queries.

Candidates will have

  • Proven experience within a senior reward, compensation or total reward role.
  • Previous experience within a global organisation.
  • Excellent benchmarking and analytical skills.
  • Advanced working knowledge of MS Excel.
  • Able to coach senior leaders with a pragmatic approach.
  • A commitment to diversity and inclusion.

This is a contract role offered with a rate of between £380-£410 p/day (inside IR35) and is home based. Candidates must be available on an immediate basis.
