A large UK Business is currently looking for an individual who can drive forward data quality, automation and AI technology within their HR shared services team. This is a fantastic new role for someone that has a genuine interest in data and HR systems to support transformation across the business.

Duties will include:

  • Improving data quality across Workday HRIS
  • Optimising HR processes
  • Supporting systems team with HRIS bugs
  • Working to automate manual HR processes
  • Developing AI technology within the HR function

To be considered suitable for this HR Business Improvement role you will need the following skills and experience:

  • Interest or experience in HR Systems and AI
  • Data analysis tools such as Power BI / Tableau
  • Ability to look at and automate system processes
  • Experience with Workday would be seen as an advantage
