Ashdown Group is looking for a QA Lead / Lead Tester to define and deliver QA strategy within a growing SME in Bishop's Stortford. This 6 month FTC role requires both manual and automated testing expertise along with leadership capabilities.

You will oversee the QA strategy while mentoring team members and collaborating with Product and Development teams to ensure excellence in software quality. Flexible work from home arrangements are included, though on-site presence may be needed.
