A reputable property business is seeking a Property Manager to join the team based in North London. Please note that this is an office-based role, and an out-of-hours support line responsibility is split between the team on a rotational basis.
Reporting into the Head of Maintenance, you will play a pivotal role in liaising between landlords, tenants and internal maintenance teams to ensure that repairs and inspections are handled efficiently and professionally. You will report property maintenance issues to landlords, coordinate repair costs, organise daily schedules and coordinate inspections for corporate and private properties.
In order to be suitable for this role, you will have a strong understanding of property maintenance processes coupled with the capacity to prioritise workload effectively. The ability to communicate professionally and effectively alongside providing an outstanding service is a prerequisite for this position.
