Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct in-depth research on pension plans, social security systems, and employee benefits regulations across multiple countries.
  • Summarize and communicate market developments and regulatory changes to produce high-quality content for reports and whitepapers.
  • Maintain the accuracy, quality, and integrity of content across the organisation's products.
  • Respond to client inquiries and provide insightful answers to complex pensions-related questions.
  • Contribute to the ongoing development of content in an innovative, fast-paced environment.
Key Skills and Experience:
  • Solid understanding of both defined benefit (DB) and defined contribution (DC) pension plans.
  • Previous experience researching and summarizing regulations and information from pensions and insurance supervisory bodies.
  • Strong written communication skills, including the ability to produce clear, concise reports and analysis.
  • Excellent attention to detail, ensuring content is accurate and reliable.
  • Familiarity with employee benefits such as group life, private medical insurance (PMI), and maternity benefits is a plus.
  • Additional language skills would be highly advantageous.
