Our client is looking for a Pensions & Employee Benefits Research Specialist to join a dynamic team, offering a fantastic opportunity to develop your expertise in a global context.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct in-depth research on pension plans, social security systems, and employee benefits regulations across multiple countries.
- Summarize and communicate market developments and regulatory changes to produce high-quality content for reports and whitepapers.
- Maintain the accuracy, quality, and integrity of content across the organisation's products.
- Respond to client inquiries and provide insightful answers to complex pensions-related questions.
- Contribute to the ongoing development of content in an innovative, fast-paced environment.
- Solid understanding of both defined benefit (DB) and defined contribution (DC) pension plans.
- Previous experience researching and summarizing regulations and information from pensions and insurance supervisory bodies.
- Strong written communication skills, including the ability to produce clear, concise reports and analysis.
- Excellent attention to detail, ensuring content is accurate and reliable.
- Familiarity with employee benefits such as group life, private medical insurance (PMI), and maternity benefits is a plus.
- Additional language skills would be highly advantageous.
- A hybrid working model (2 days in the office, 3 days from home), providing a great work-life balance.
