A market-leading organisation based in Guildford is seeking an experienced Payroll & Pensions Manager to join the team on a permanent basis. This will be an office-based role so you will be expected to be on-site 4-5 days per week.
Responsibilities
- Manage both weekly and monthly payroll for circa 200 staff.
- Show demonstrable expertise in managing the end-to-end payroll lifecycle, including the calculation of earnings, deductions, sick pay and taxes.
- Be the main point of contact for payroll related inquiries.
- Carry out P11D administration.
- Complete payroll year end roll over and national statistics reports monthly.
- Coordinate pension schemes and keep up to date with pensions regulations, changes and practices.
Qualifications
- Proven Payroll Manager with excellent communication skills.
- Experience of successfully managing a payroll function.
- Prior experience with COINS ERP software is preferred but not necessary.
