An established Professional Services firm based in central London is seeking an experienced 1st/2nd Line IT Support Technician to join their dynamic team. This is a part-time role, 3 days per week, and initially a contract (Inside IR35) for 3 months - for the right person, there is a chance this may be extended.
The successful candidate will be based in their central London office and responsible for providing 1st and 2nd line support to approximately 200 staff. Duties will also include:
- Assisting with user account management
- Security protocols and access permissions
- Maintaining accurate documentation
- Supporting ongoing system upgrades and deployment activities, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations
This role would suit an experienced IT Support professional with proven experience supporting both Windows and Mac operating systems in a professional environment.
