A national charity is looking for a Contract Manager to join their team on a remote basis. This role will manage and oversee contract delivery for the southern region of the organisation from the midlands down to the south coast.
Duties will include:
- Ensuring contract and service delivery is taking place as per SLA's (contract analysis)
- Stakeholder management
- Analysing and interpreting data against service and financial outcomes
- Advising Operations Manager on outputs and improvement areas
- Monitoring of staffing in given areas
- Reporting on and reviewing performance
