This is a newly created position for a Zoho CRM Support Administrator to join a leading & growing finance firm in the Northampton area. This role is paying £40,000 + up to 15% bonus and is 5 days a week in the office with no work from home options.
To be considered for this position, you will have several years of experience working with Zoho One. This will include Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Campaigns and Zoho Analytics.
As an experienced Zoho support analyst, you will provide user training on the Zoho suite. This will include:
- Supporting onboarding & off-boarding processes
- User account setup & permissions
- Configuring & supporting dashboards
- CRM automation & CRM customisation
- Day-to-day general admin & support to resolve issues & implement system improvements
As well as being technically proficient with Zoho, you will also have excellent communication skills, as you will be working across the business supporting users at all levels.
This role is based in Northampton and is 5 days a week in the office. In return for hard work and dedication, my client is offering a chance to work on the latest CRM technology and a salary of £40,000 + up to 15% bonus.
