This hands-on CRM Manager role will own and develop the HubSpot platform: setting the roadmap, writing the handbook on best practice to benefit the whole business, as well as delivering training to users to ensure the system is used effectively and aligned to wider business objectives.

Duties will also include:

  • Owning and developing the HubSpot roadmap, driving continuous improvement across the platform.

  • Creating reports and dashboards that provide clear performance insight to key stakeholders.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to align HubSpot structures with campaign and business objectives.
  • Providing user training, troubleshooting issues and maintaining clear system documentation.

This opportunity would suit an ambitious and driven marketing professional with proven experience as a CRM Manager, CRM Specialist, HubSpot super-user, or similar senior CRM role. It is essential to have a strong HubSpot expertise in a B2B environment, including a proven track record of owning or administering CRMs, managing data structures, building workflows, creating reports / dashboards and improving data quality.

This HubSpot Campaign Manager role offers a salary of up to £45,000 plus benefits, including ongoing training and development, within a collaborative and forward-thinking team that values innovation and creativity.
