An established, customer-focused organisation is looking to appoint a dedicated and detail-oriented Campaign / CRM Manager to join its small marketing team in Sunderland - office-first environment, with potential to offer hybrid for the right candidate.
This hands-on CRM Manager role will own and develop the HubSpot platform: setting the roadmap, writing the handbook on best practice to benefit the whole business, as well as delivering training to users to ensure the system is used effectively and aligned to wider business objectives.
Duties will also include:
- Owning and developing the HubSpot roadmap, driving continuous improvement across the platform.
- Managing and segmenting campaign data, maintaining clear data standards and ensuring high levels of data quality.
- Reviewing and optimising properties, removing duplicates and improving data accuracy for effective reporting and targeting.
- Building and maintaining workflows and automations to support marketing, sales and customer processes.
- Creating reports and dashboards that provide clear performance insight to key stakeholders.
- Collaborating with internal teams to align HubSpot structures with campaign and business objectives.
- Providing user training, troubleshooting issues and maintaining clear system documentation.
This opportunity would suit an ambitious and driven marketing professional with proven experience as a CRM Manager, CRM Specialist, HubSpot super user, or similar senior CRM role. Strong CRM expertise in a B2B environment is essential, ideally HubSpot or Salesforce.
