A highly successful firm is looking for a personable and driven IT Support Analyst to join its expanding team, based in Manchester. Please note this is an office based role so you will work on site 5 days per week.
Working as an integral part of a high-performance team, you will provide 1st, 2nd and some 3rd line support for all system and user issues across multiple sites for 500+ employees.
In order to be suitable for this role you MUST be a personable IT Support Analyst with demonstrable expertise supporting Office 365, Active Directory, Windows 10/11 and Windows Server. In addition to this, experience supporting design specific tools such as the Adobe Creative Cloud or Autodesk Revit would be highly advantageous to your application.
