Please note the role is hybrid – you’ll work from home 2 days per week.

Working closely with managers and stakeholders across the business, you will provide comprehensive HR support across the full employee lifecycle, including employee relations, recruitment, HR operations, policy development, and project work. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the London office while also partnering with colleagues across the wider European region.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing expert advice on HR policies and UK employment law
  • Managing employee relations matters
  • Supporting recruitment activity
  • Overseeing onboarding and probation processes
  • Ensuring HR administration is delivered accurately and efficiently
  • Contributing to HR projects
  • Supporting learning and development initiatives
  • Working closely with Payroll and external providers where required

The ideal candidate will have strong HR generalist experience gained specifically within financial services or professional services environments, as this experience is essential for the role. You will have solid knowledge of UK employment law and employee relations, alongside the ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the business. Candidates should be highly organised, professional, and comfortable managing multiple priorities within a fast‑paced environment.

To be considered, you should have previous experience working within a multinational or international business and hold a minimum CIPD Level 5 qualification. International HR exposure would be advantageous but is not essential. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive and internationally focused organisation offering broad exposure across the full HR remit and excellent long‑term career development opportunities.
