We are seeking a commercially focused Regional Store Manager to oversee a portfolio of approximately 10 stores across North West London, combining strategic leadership with hands-on operational excellence.

This is a high-impact role with full responsibility for regional performance, profitability, people development, and operational standards. Reporting to the General Manager of Operations, you will play a key role in shaping the future growth and success of the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Commercial & Financial Performance
  • Take full ownership of regional sales, debt, cost, and profit targets across all stores.
  • Manage the regional P&L and present monthly performance reports to the Ownership team.
  • Develop and deliver strategic and operational plans to drive revenue growth and improve store performance.
  • Formulate and manage the annual regional budget.
  • Monitor, analyse and report on key operational and commercial metrics, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
