A prestigious school in West London is seeking a capable and articulate IT Manager to join its expanding team. Please note, this is an office-based role so you will need to work on-site 5 days per week.
Working in this standalone IT role you will support, you will provide 1st, 2nd and 3rd line support for all user and system issues. You will support staff with user issues, set up laptops, configure, install and maintain the school’s network, hardware and software, create a disaster recovery plan, implement security measures and maintain the information systems.
In order to be suitable for this role you must be an accomplished IT professional with demonstrable expertise supporting Microsoft 365, Active Directory and Windows Server and OS. Having an excellent communication style is a prerequisite for this role alongside prior experience of providing high-quality technical support and network management.
