Strategic People Business Partner - Central London - Β£68,000 The Ashdown Group have been engaged by a global organisation to assist them in their search for a Strategic People Business Partner, who will be responsible for supporting the business across EMEA regions. This established company is looking to recruit an experienced Strategic People Business Partner working with a wider people team. They offer a hybrid working pattern, up to 2 days in their London offices and 3 days working remotely This role will require you to be CIPD qualified and have experience working as a People Business Partner within a global commercial organisation, delivering both strategic and operational support. This role will allow you to work at a strategic level with the business to develop and implement People and Culture strategies. Deliver commercial people solutions, such as workforce planning, organisational design, change management, employee development and DEI Lead and participate across Local and global People and culture projects Utilise Data insights to inform strategic decision making. You'll have significant working experience as a commercial People Business Partner in a global organisation. A strong generalist background covering all aspects of ER, Resourcing, performance management, restructuring, mergers and acquisition and DEI. You will have a strong analytical background with experience translating data insights into actionable strategies.
