Responsibilities
- Lead the full digital growth engine across multiple international markets.
- Manage a small team and significant budget to acquire and retain new customers through digital channels.
- Launch a new product across 50 countries.
- Drive new market launches, optimise existing markets, and drive performance across all online channels.
- Partner with Product, Tech, and other Commercial teams to shape the online experience, improve conversion, and deliver strong ROI.
- Work closely with a global digital agency.
Qualifications
- Highly analytical, commercial, and versatile digital marketing professional with proven B2C experience.
- Strong understanding of paid media, conversion rate optimisation, analytics tools, UX, and online consumer behaviour.
