A well-established organisation based near Watford is seeking a Graduate Payroll Administrator to join the team on a permanent basis. Please note, this role is fully-office based so you will be expected to be on-site 5 days per week.

Reporting into the HR Director, you will be supported by the HR team to manage the payroll function for the group. You will support the processing of monthly payroll and pensions, produce reporting and analysis, and ensure the smooth operation of both in-house and outsourced payroll processes.

In order to be suitable for this role, you will be an articulate graduate with a relevant degree in Human Resources Management or Accounting & Finance. You will have knowledge of end-to-end processing and have the ability to work efficiently within a fast-paced organisation. It is key that you are a consummate communicator in order to be the first point of contact for any payroll queries.
