Qualifications
- Fully qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with proven hospitality sector experience, ideally in luxury hotels.
- Demonstrable expertise in statutory accounts, FP&A, audit and treasury.
- Meticulous professional with keen eye for detail and passion for building financial processes that improve performance and profitability.
- Experience managing a finance department of 15 and delivering monthly management information, annual budgets and year-end audited accounts.

- Develop and implement the financial strategy to deliver optimal business performance.
