A successful retail business is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join them during a busy period of transformation/modernisation. This role will be responsible for:
- Managing a range of projects which will include both software and infrastructure upgrades
- Utilising both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Managing external suppliers/resources and ensuring delivery on time and to budget
- Defining project scope, goals, and deliverables. Developing detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones
- Reporting progress to senior members of the delivery team
- Identifying potential risks, monitoring activities, and resolving roadblocks
To be considered suitable you MUST have the following:
- Broad PM background, to include both software and infrastructure projects
- Ability to visit Lincoln offices as required
- Agile/Waterfall understanding
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
