A successful retail business is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join them during a busy period of transformation/modernisation. This role will be responsible for:

  • Managing a range of projects which will include both software and infrastructure upgrades
  • Utilising both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
  • Managing external suppliers/resources and ensuring delivery on time and to budget
  • Defining project scope, goals, and deliverables. Developing detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones
  • Reporting progress to senior members of the delivery team
  • Identifying potential risks, monitoring activities, and resolving roadblocks

To be considered suitable you MUST have the following:

  • Broad PM background, to include both software and infrastructure projects
  • Ability to visit Lincoln offices as required
  • Agile/Waterfall understanding
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
